This policy explains how EkMitra Technologies Private Limited ("EkMitra", "we") collects and uses personal data through www.ekmitra.com, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Details you submit in our contact form: name, organisation, email, phone, service of interest and message.
• Messages you type into the EkMitra AI assistant. These are processed on our own server and are not sent to third-party AI providers.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and abuse prevention.
• If you create an AI EkMitra account: your name, email address, a securely hashed password, your conversations and a daily usage count. Conversations are processed and stored on our own servers and are not sent to any third-party AI provider.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
• To protect the website from spam and misuse.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. Messages to the website assistant are not stored after your session ends. AI EkMitra conversations are kept until you delete them or your account; deleting your account from the AI EkMitra menu permanently removes your account and every conversation.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@ekmitra.com.
